Using the SelectFleet program for your emergency tire needs is easy, and you will be back up and running in no time. We are available 24/7/365 to take your calls.  Depending on your needs, follow the steps below to use the SelectFleet program and receive the guaranteed pricing and service.

Note, you must enroll in the SelectFleet program before you can begin using it.  If you are already enrolled, simply follow the steps below.  If you are not enrolled, enroll now.
 
  For In House Service  
 
Service provided at authorized Goodyear dealer or truckstop
 
  1. Have driver pull into selected authorized Goodyear dealer or truckstop.  To locate the closest authorized Goodyear dealer, call 1-866-fleetHQ (1-866-353-3847). 
  2. Let dealer know that you are SelectFleet National Account customer.
  3. Provide dealer with any information that you would like to appear on your invoice (i.e. truck number, trailer number, office purchase order, etc).
  4. Dealer will review the instructions on your account and call SelectFleet for a purchase order.
  5. Purchase will be applied directly to your Fleet One account.
 
 
  For Emergency Road Service  
 
Service provided on roadside away from service provider's building
 
  1. Call SelectFleet at 1-866-241-0869 to dispatch a Service Provider to your location.  Be sure to identify yourself as a SelectFleet customer and provide a call back number.
  2. SelectFleet will locate a Service Provider.
  3. An authorized Goodyear Breakdown Representative will call you back at the provided call back number with the Service Provider’s information and estimated time of arrival.
  4. Service Provider will review the instructions on your account and call SelectFleet for a purchase order.
  5. Purchase will be applied directly to your Fleet One account.
